Firewall will also block the users ability to use instant messenger as needed.

The Barracuda Spyware Firewall integrates spyware web site blocking, spyware
download blocking and spyware detection into one easy to use appliance. By
utilizing both rule based and signature based blocking, Barracuda Networks can
not only block spyware sources, but also detect and block access to the internet
of spyware previously installed.
Spyware Website Blocking
Barracuda Networks continuously updates a list containing thousands of known
spyware download sites. The Barracuda Spyware Firewall blocks spyware at the
source by preventing browser and application access to these locations.
Content Filter Controls

blocks offensive and inappropriate content using enterprise-class policy
